The sole purpose is to be an independent resource beyond politics or special interest; to use advanced technology data analytics to inform local citizens about the day to day business of their local governments. We also hope to spark a debate about priorities and present a global perspective about community sustainability.

This is not a put down of city administrators, vendors and employees. They are all admirable people dedicated to their jobs. Nor is it a criticism of the city council and mayor, who must act on a political level.
Rather it echos the founding principals of our nation. That government is of the people, by the people and for the people.
